Our company provides goods with satisfactory quality. Before any car is offered for sale, it is put through a comprehensive inspection, checking and validation process, comprises of the following :

• Mechanical Items
• Electrical Components
• Body and paint Work

CASETRUST – SVTA STANDARD CONTRACTS
Client shall sign the Case Trust - SVTA Standard Contracts upon any Sales Confirmation.

• New Car – Agreement for Sale of New Vehicles
• Used Car – Agreement for Sale of Used Vehicles
• COE  for New Car – Certificate of Entitlement (COE) Bidding Agreement
• Hire Purchase Financing – Application for Hire Purchase Financing

PRESENTING OF CRITICAL INFORMATION
Our Company will ensure that all critical information is not left blank at the time client signing the Application for Hire Purchase Financing.

Critical Information comprises of the following :

• Interest Rate
• Hiring Period
• Total Amount of Financing

CUSTOMER COPY OF CASETRUST – SVTA STANDARD CONTRACTS
Client will be given a copy of signed SVTA Standard Contracts upon any Sales Confirmation.

CANCELLATION OF SALES
All cancellation requests must be made in writing to the Company within 3 days of the Contract. (Terms and Conditions Apply).

CONDITIONS OF REFUND
Client will be able to get their refunds within 14 days in the event when any original requirements are not fulfilled as stated in Sales Agreement. (Terms and Conditions apply).

CONDITIONS OF AMENDMENT
Any amendment must be made known to the Company in written within 3 days from the date of contract signed. (Terms and Conditions apply).

CONDITIONS OF EXCHANGE
Any exchange must be made known to the Company in written within 3 days from the date of contract signed. (Terms and Conditions apply)

• Changed of Color for Brand New
• Changed of Accessories for Brand New Car

REFUND OF DEPOSIT POLICY
Client will be able to obtain full refunds of their deposit base on the following conditions :

• If the loan differs from the agreed terms
• If the loan is not approved

COE BIDDINGS
Our Company will inform the Client upon any successful bids of their COE through telephone call.

ACCURACY OF MODELS & COLORS
The exact Models and Colors of the vehicle will be stated clearly on the Sales Agreement for both New and Used Vehicle.

DELIVERY TIME FRAME
Vehicle will be delivered to the Client no later than 30 days for Used vehicles and no later than 90 days for New vehicles from date of successful bidding of COE.

COMPENSATION POLICY
In the event where vehicle is unavailable by the deadline, our Company will provide a courtesy car to the Client at no cost until the actual delivery of their order.

PRICING
All prices indicated are inclusive of Finance and Insurance discount, in any event where Clients are arranging their own/or no Finance or Insurance, a penalty is applicable. Please check with our Sales Representative for penalty incurred.

SECURITY OF CLIENT’S DATA
All client data will be kept confidentially, all information are solely use for the purpose of completing sales transactions. Should Company required to release the customer’s data, Company will make this known to the client and obtain his/her consent before releasing the information.

INSURANCE BOND
Our company has obtained the upfront insurance bond of $50,000.00 to cover any misdeeds and/or mishaps in the event of any adjudicating disputes between the Client and the company.


Terms & Conditions

CANCELLATION OF SALES

Unless as otherwise expressly provided in this Agreement, Deposits are not refundable in the event of cancellation of this Agreement and shall be forfeited to the Company without prejudice to the Company’s rights to claim or recover from the Customer any damage or loss which the Company may have suffered.

If the Customer should repudiate /cancel this Agreement and such repudiation / cancellation  is accepted by the Company, the Deposits shall be forfeited without prejudice to the Company’s rights to claim or recover from the Customer any damage or loss which the Company may suffer or incur by reason of the said repudiation.

The Company shall not be liable to pay and the Customer shall not be entitled to any interest  on the Deposits.

CONDITIONS OF REFUND
If Client’s Hire Purchase is not granted from the Bank or Financial Company, or the loan differs from the agreed terms, the deposit will be refund. Our company will charge an administrative fee of S$50.00 for work done. Remainder of deposit will be refund to the Client within 14 days from the date of contract.

CONDITIONS OF AMENDMENT
The Sales Agreement is not transferable and only the name mentioned in the agreement is recognized for the registration of the said vehicle on order. All changes must made known to the Company in written within 3 days from the date of contract signed.

CONDITIONS OF EXCHANGE
Change of Color for Brand New Car – Depends on the color availabilities, Client has to acknowledge that if color requested are not available during the time of request, the delivery date will be extended to 120 days instead of 90 days stated in the Sales Agreement.

Change of Accessories for Brand New Car – Client has to take note that in the event of any changes on accessories other than the original items as specified in Sales Agreement, the difference is chargable.

PRICING
All prices are inclusive of Finance and Insurance discount. Penalty could be waived under the approval of management’s decision.

New Car - Mimimum loan of 70% of the car price, loan terms of 7 years and above.
Used Car -  Mimimum loan of 70% of the car price, loan terms of 5 years and above
